Annex 3 - Data Protection Policy
Personal data – the minimum of personal data is requested , only that data that is required by The Learning Records Service and the DfE via Bathdata collection service is required from the school, college or training centre. This information is required so that students qualifications can be recorded and when appropriate performance points made available to the school concerned.
No personal information is ever shared with any other organisation other than those mentioned.
TLM is registered with the Information Commissioners Office: Registration number: Z1027104.
In the case of Baseline tests no personal information is shared with any other party. The only organisation able to view pupil information is the school that has made that information available themselves on the Markbook and Learning site. Raw exam data is harvetsed and collated from the baseline tests but none of this data contains pupil or school information.
